The homeowner wanted to refresh the home’s appearance, improve energy efficiency, and create a bold yet classic exterior that would stand up to coastal Maryland weather. How Spring Exteriors Completed This Exterior Renovation
The project began with a full exterior evaluation to review the condition of the existing siding, windows, and doors. The original materials showed signs of age and no longer provided the performance or curb appeal the homeowner was looking for.
We started by installing Alside Ascend siding in Harbor Blue, a bold, modern color that instantly refreshed the home’s exterior. This composite siding was selected for its strength, dimensional stability, and low-maintenance performance, making it an ideal choice for long-term durability. The rich blue tone added depth and character while giving the home a distinctive coastal-inspired look.
To complement the new siding, Spring Exteriors installed ProVia windows and doors in a crisp white finish. The contrast between the Harbor Blue siding and white windows and doors created clean lines and a timeless aesthetic. In addition to visual impact, the upgraded windows and doors improved insulation, comfort, and overall energy efficiency.
