How Spring Exteriors Completed A Deck Renovation

For this project, Spring Exteriors completed a full deck replacement in Churchton, MD, transforming the homeowner’s outdoor living space into a durable and visually appealing area. The new deck was built using Fiberon composite decking in Porch Soffit Oak, offering a natural wood appearance with long-lasting, low-maintenance performance. In addition to the deck replacement, our team completed a siding replacement using CertainTeed siding in white, a window installation with Wincore windows in black, and a stamped concrete installation to enhance the surrounding exterior space. These upgrades worked together to create a cohesive, modern exterior with improved functionality, durability, and curb appeal.
