The homeowner wanted a bright, comfortable space that could be enjoyed year-round while blending seamlessly with the home’s existing exterior. How Spring Exteriors Completed This 4 Seasons Room Project

The project began with a detailed consultation to understand how the homeowner planned to use the space throughout the year. Comfort, durability, and visual continuity with the main home were key priorities.

We installed ProVia windows throughout the 4 Seasons Room to provide excellent insulation, energy efficiency, and expansive views. These high-performance windows allow natural light to fill the space while maintaining indoor comfort during both hot summers and colder months.

For the exterior finish, Spring Exteriors installed Mastic shake siding in a Sage color. This siding choice added texture and character while complementing the home’s existing exterior palette.
