Our Work
How Spring Exteriors Completed This Roof, Siding, and Window Renovation
The project began with a detailed exterior inspection to assess the condition of the existing roof, siding, and windows. The original materials were aging and no longer provided the level of protection or visual appeal the homeowners wanted.
For the roofing upgrade, our team installed Tamko shingles in a Virginia Slate color. This selection offered a classic, refined appearance while providing dependable protection against wind, rain, and temperature changes. The new roof immediately improved the home’s overall look and long-term durability.
Next, we replaced the siding with CertainTeed vinyl siding in a Midnight Blue color. This bold yet timeless shade created a striking contrast and added depth to the home’s exterior. The new siding delivers low-maintenance performance while protecting the home from moisture and everyday wear.
To complete the renovation, Anderson windows were installed throughout the home. The crisp white window frames brightened the exterior and complemented the darker siding, creating a balanced and polished appearance. In addition to improving curb appeal, the new windows enhanced energy efficiency and indoor comfort.
Throughout the project, careful attention was paid to transitions, trim details, and alignment to ensure each element worked together seamlessly. The result is a well-coordinated exterior upgrade designed for both beauty and long-term performance.
