Our Work
How Spring Exteriors Completed This Exterior Renovation
This project began with a comprehensive exterior evaluation to assess the condition of the existing roof, siding, soffits, and structural elements. Aging materials and inconsistent finishes were impacting both the appearance and durability of the home.
We started by installing new CertainTeed Landmark shingles in Moire Black, providing a bold, high-contrast roofline and dependable, weather-resistant protection. The darker shingle color instantly elevated the home’s appearance while offering proven performance and longevity.
Next, the exterior was upgraded with CertainTeed vinyl siding and soffits in a Herringbone color. This siding choice delivered a clean, timeless look while improving insulation, ventilation, and overall exterior durability. The new soffits completed the system, enhancing airflow and helping protect the home from moisture-related issues.
To further enhance the home’s architectural presence, Spring Exteriors updated the front columns, creating a more polished and balanced entryway. Careful attention was given to trim work, transitions, and alignment throughout the project to ensure every detail looked intentional and seamless.
From start to finish, our team focused on craftsmanship, consistency, and long-term performance to deliver a complete exterior solution.
The Result
The finished project showcases a striking transformation. With a bold Moire Black roof, refined Herringbone siding, and upgraded architectural details, the home now features a cohesive, modern exterior that is both visually appealing and built to withstand the elements. The renovation improved curb appeal, protection, and overall confidence in the home’s exterior for years to come.
